Without even thinking, he held his hand out and caught the cup in midair before it could hit the floor and shatter. His eyes changed, the veins in them slowly bleeding into black around the edges.

"I didn't mean to scare you." He said, bringing the cup back up and letting it rest on the counter once more. "You should be more careful."

His eyes locked on Steve's, his power fading and his eyes going back to normal.
