To say he'd been drinking was an understatement. He had started with shots because why not? Life was complicated and who was gonna stop him? His parents came in and out of the Harrington coop so often that it was like having his own house all to himself anyways.

Besides, it wasn't like they cared if he drank. As long as he didn't make a scene or cause a scandal.

It was all about appearances with them.

So it was only him looking out for his parent's best interest when he texted Billy. Cause he was way drunk now and the pool was looking real nice.

Course he hadn't thought Billy would actually show up but there he was, smug as ever.

"What do I care? Change wherever you like," he shrugged through his striped tee. His legs were in the water, just putting about. He did tilt his sunglasses at the blonde as he twirled his swim trunks. Steve grinned, still very drunk. "Unless you're shy?"
