Steve normally would have never let anyone push him around, let alone new jerk on the block Billy Hargrove, but he had already had plenty to drink and the alcohol was making him very suggestable. And pushable apparently. Billy had already had touched him twice. The push wasn't as unwelcome as Steve would have liked it to feel but he still rolled his eyes at the blonde.

"Nobody here wants to see you naked." A lie. Steve was curious but he could hold out for a little while longer. At least until he had a few more shots. Than maybe he'd start taking off clothes.

Steve gestured toward the bottle of liquor. "Hey, don't drink it all. I saved you some. Not the whole damn bottle," he laughed, unable to reach the liquor itself and instead pulled on Billy's leg like that was gonna do anything.
